Integrative Counselling is a gentle, client-centred approach that honours each person’s unique story. At the heart of integrative counselling is a trusting, supportive therapeutic relationship, where clients are met with empathy, respect, and understanding.
Integrative Counselling
About Juliana…
I am a mother to Kai and Luca, and I am deeply passionate about supporting women on this journey. Motherhood is a path of constant unfolding—filled with both light and shadow. It invites us to meet new versions of ourselves, to experience profound joy and tender grief, to be stretched beyond what we thought possible, and to grow in ways we never expected.
It can awaken old wounds, reveal our boundaries, mirror our triggers, and gently—or fiercely—ask us to listen more closely to ourselves. To me, motherhood is a deeply transformative journey of ongoing learning, self-discovery, and becoming.
As a trauma-sensitive yoga educator and integrative counsellor, my intention is to offer a compassionate space where healing can unfold—supporting each person to meet life with courage, kindness, and a sense of curious openness.
Love notes from clients…
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
