The combination of Counselling + Trauma Sensitive Yoga is an opportunity to create further awareness and connection in an integrative way.

Counselling & Yoga

Our bodies and minds are deeply connected and tell each other everything. The good, and the not-so-good experiences, and what we make of them. These are held in our bodies, and we can experience trauma, anxiety, depression, and distress in many different ways - patterns of behaviors, tension and burnout, somatization and chronic illnesses, intense fear, dissociation, and disconnect from our bodies as a safe place to be.

From a Trauma Sensitive and Person-Centred approach, we’ll use yoga and psychotherapeutic tools to go beyond the surface. We will shed light on possible underlying roots of suffering, gently reconnect to the body, re-learn how to self-regulate, and gradually integrate a sense of kind inner presence among all that we are.
