6-Week Yoga for Every Body
"We begin where we are and how we are, and whatever happens, happens." TKV Desikachar.
All bodies and levels of yoga practice are welcome to join! We will explore a mix of dynamic and static shapes and sequences, pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation practice to give you a more profound sense of connection and ease your mind and body. In this class, you will always be invited to make the space yours and intentionally move the way it feels good in your body, connecting to your breath in a gentle yet powerful way.
Program Structure:
We will meet for 1h over the period of 6-weeks at Our Family Chiropractor in Cronulla.
This program will be tailored for an intimate group of people beginning to end.
Each week we will explore yoga beyond the realms of asana (physical practice). We will include yoga philosophy and concepts into our practice, and combine with breathing exercises and meditation.
6-Week Mindful Pregnancy
Congratulations mama! What a beautiful and exciting time for you. This program aims to support you on your pregnancy journey by providing you with information, tools and resources around pregnancy and early motherhood. It will help you feel empowered in your body's ability to grow and birth your baby.
We will enjoy a lovely yoga practice together and focus on the connection between you and your baby, asana (poses and shapes) suitable for pregnancy including movements recommended for optimal fetal positioning, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Plus, you will meet other mamas on a similar path to you!
When should I begin?
Pregnancy yoga comes down to you and your journey like any other yoga practice. For group classes, if you are already practising yoga, I encourage you to continue practising or return to class whenever you feel ready. If you are new to yoga, mamas often commence from the second trimester onwards.

We will meet for 6 consecutive weeks for 1.5h at Our Family Chiropractor in Cronulla
This program will be tailored for an intimate group of people beginning to end.
During our time together, we will talk about:
Potential conditions in pregnancy, how yoga can support you, pranayama practice (breathing exercises), relaxation, and yoga for labour and birth.
6-Week Yoga for Mamas
This program is for mamas and everything you need on your recovery journey as well as time to fill your cup and reconnect. This journey is about healing, nurturing and strengthening yourself. Here is an opportunity to alleviate stress, feel supported, heard, and have a deep sense of belonging within this beautiful community of mamas; know that you are not alone.
Who is this class for?
All mamas! I encourage you to listen to your body and trust your judgement regarding movement and returning to class postpartum. As a guide, though, many mums often feel ready to join about six weeks after birth when you will receive clearance from your healthcare practitioner. I invite you to always honour your intuition and personal needs.

This program will be tailored for an intimate group of people beginning to end.
During our time together, we will hold the space and nurture one another. Yoga as a tool for healing, and radical self-care.
